They ask for 2 year bond. When person is joining new organization and especially in KPO for first time, he/she don't know whether they will like the kind of work or not. What kind of work is there can be known only after joining Now if someone don't enjoy the work profile, what's the meaning of keeping them forcefully for 2 years In fact, if person don't like work, it would affect performance and in turn effect will be on client satisfaction. You can't force someone to love job if they are not interested or enjoying work. It's just spoiling 2 years of employees and even creating dissatisfied client. Loss is on both sides. If someone don't want to continue, relieve them with genuine notice period (not 3 months). It kills door to new opportunities. Something that's in win win situation for both. Like your work is not disturbed and they can also commit somewhere else. (Period required for handover) Sometimes some candidates are not joining with fear of 2 months salary bond. No one in today's world is sure about there future Just because they can't afford if required, to pay 2 months salary, they avoid joining....Read More

What I don't like at befree ? Lack of proper management decisions , delay in every decision making. Biased work culture. Not enough employee benifits, more work and less pay. No OT pays but need to work for extra hours. Chanting groups only able to grow. They give Fake effeciency reviews and lies about positions but won't offer you as promised. Dormant HR team.
