If someone from top college was preparing for IAS/IES/GATE and was unsuccessful, they can start there career here, as they do not ask anything IT related. 3 round Interview is taken based only on Maths, mostly PnC, Probability and CAT like algebra.

Once you get into a project, your work life balance is sent to hell. You are treated like slave for good 10 hrs. You are required to be inside the office for 9 hrs which does not include going to washroom, eating lunch in canteen(they have installed doors which only open with your card, which records your timing inside the office, kindly note washroom and canteen are on other side of gate). Though company in principal allows for 2 days of wfh every month but most of the manager won't allow you taking wfh. You are gonna be bluntly told that wfh is a privilege not a right....Read More

No work life balance. If they don't have work to assign you, somehow it's your fault. You can get fired anytime. Increament will disappoint you. They milk the top performers so much.
