We get to work with senior executives from customer organisations. Just from interacting with them, especially in initial stages of career, we get to learn a lot. It is a huge bonus on top of technical learning curve. The organisation provides platform and freedom to learn, express and grow as much as we want. And we are rewarded pretty well for the performance as well.

Dislikes

We face the disadvantages of flat hierarchy and flexi timings, on occasions, where some colleagues take wrong advantage of the work environment and do not work along with the team.
