Toxic Work Culture: The overall company culture is toxic, with a lack of support and encouragement, making it difficult for employees to feel valued or motivated. Software Monitoring: Monitoring software is installed, and employees are expected to be visibly active for the full 9-hour shift, leading to stress and feelings of being constantly watched.
