Likes

Only good for customers and not for employees. Take full liberty of companies cash thats what the management is doing. CEO and others at top don't give a damn about the companies growth as they have already realised the startup has failed.

Dislikes

Startup which is soon going to fail due to high cash burn and poor management. Worst salary structure it all depends upon how good you are at crying. Employees are working waiting for salaries pending for 3 4 months.

Hello ,I hold bachelor degree in mechanical engineering 2019. With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition! I’m looking for career shift Help will be appreciated. Current role Project engineer handling projects related to environmental compliance. FYI

The seniors MD of that company is a nice person...

Management is not good... There is no structure of the sales reports n all.. Even they also don't know that how to manage the reports or which reports are good for us and which will not the additional presser for the store manager..

No bonus policy was there I worked as an intern but when I want to join they don't prefer me to join they hired a person who was from my institute. So there was not any preference for experience
