Likes: They themselves called as BDx family but you won't feel the family culture. Sorry but this the only thing I found good but only for name sake. Dislikes: Culture is worst, abusing the people, no respect of people. They think n want us to work during holidays inclusive of Saturday n Sunday.
So if you are already in good position with your current org please do not join the BDx

Likes: This workplace is known fir its strong culture of innovations which is one of the things I appreciated about working here. They actively encourage us to think outside the box and insist on creative solutions

Likes: Nothing Dislikes: About variable pay, company do not pay the amount if you resign after completing the that period. even if you are in the organization and completed the payable period which is completely non acceptable.
Likes: I have learned alot from my seniors, like planning creative thinking making strategies and handling tough situations quickly
Dislikes: There's lot of responsibilities given which pushes you to grow
Likes: Exciting industry with massive amounts of growth and career opportunities. Good visibility for your work

The company has a very bad resignation policy where even if you are on probation you still have to serve 3 months of notice period which is never clearly mentioned in the appointment letter in lieu of which the company denied paying the FNF and kept asking to pay them money f...
