Dislike :- BDX - To much miss management. No Challenging job. Everything is virtual job. After joining BDX I forgot what I learn in my previous company, because everything is virtual. No job satisfaction. So I realize, it's time to left the job from BDX. No Cafeteria.

Work Details

IT work. No Free transport, No childcare. No Gymnasium, No Free Food. No Team Outings. No Education assistance. No Soft skill training. No International relocation. They only told they will provide Mediclam insurance, but I don't know.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings) 

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Dislikes

Sometimes work-life balance get disturbed but that is acceptable as every company has ups and downs during deployment or execution phase. Work-pressure sometimes will crush you hard but this pressure always comes with new learnings that adds to your professional growth.
