Working in a Data center is a very vast experience, there are new learning specially in Negotiations, Contract making . Salary is good but yearly appraisal and bonus take time to be credited it usually take 2-3 months to reflect

I am not paid my FNF even after requesting multiple times. The company has a very bad resignation policy where even if you are on probation you still have to serve 3 months of notice period which is never clearly mentioned in the appointment letter in lieu of which the company denied paying the FNF and kept asking to pay them money for leaving early even on a family emergency.
