About variable pay, company do not pay the amount if you resign after completing the that period. even if you are in the organization and completed the payable period which is completely non acceptable.

They themselves called as BDx family but you won't feel the family culture. Sorry but this the only thing I found good but only for name sake.

Dislikes

Culture is worst, abusing the people, no respect of people. They think n want us to work during holidays inclusive of Saturday n Sunday. So if you are already in good position with your current org please do not join the BDx

The office infrastructure is fantastic with good facilities offered. I like the open work culture everyone is willing to help no rigid hierarchy and the transparency maintained at every step is best.
