About variable pay, company do not pay the amount if you resign after completing the that period. even if you are in the organization and completed the payable period which is completely non acceptable.

I am not paid my FNF even after requesting multiple times. The company has a very bad resignation policy where even if you are on probation you still have to serve 3 months of notice period which is never clearly mentioned in the appointment letter in lieu of which the company denied paying the FNF and kept asking to pay them money for leaving early even on a family emergency.
