This company is not at all worthy. I was a fixed term hire. Initially they will say that we will be retained if our performance is good but then near the end of contract they will say wait for the call that they will surely. But these are all lies . They will do nothing. I had worked for this company day and night but at last i got nothing. This is not the case of mine but also the case of many fixed term hires. Be aware in case of FTH. They will all give false promises and once work is done they will not do a single thing which they have promised . My experience was really bad . I will never recommend anyone to join this company....Read More

The BDO rise leadership is very accessible even for the very bottom level employees and they have a great vision for the future. There is a high chance of promotion within very short term.

Dislikes

The package which they gives for employees is very less compared to the market standard , also even the promotionis not reflecting in employees CTC.
