Hopeless HR policies, 3 months notice period. Director of my team was very narcissist and knows nothing. I don't know how much unprofessional and with no knowledge are heading the departments. These director treats you like a slave and says whatever comes into their mind. Very very pathetic culture. If anyone behaves you HR is noteven going to listen, forget about taking any action. Policies are very anti-employee. I will never recommend this company to anyone. Infact they will send you on work related travels but will not clear your bills and expenditure. When I joined there it was a nice place to work. I had worked on several clients and had learnt a lot during my tenure. Only thing which gave me dissatisfaction was the night travel without any security. Many a times I came out late from my office say 9:30 at that time I use to take metro from Gurgaon to north Delhi which took around 1 hour 45 mins.
