1. Management politics 2. Appraisal is given to only those who knows buttering 3. No good exposure to assignments 4. Policies are in favour of Partners. Highly unfavourable for employees 5. Hiring is done with increments but no appraisals given except if you are a butterer 6. No parties or incentives for employees to keep employees cheered 7. No growth prospects 8. When I joined there it was a nice place to work. I had worked on several clients and had learnt a lot during my tenure. Only thing which gave me dissatisfaction was the night travel without any security. Many a times I came out late from my office say 9:30 at that time I use to take metro from Gurgaon to north Delhi which took around 1 hour 45 mins.
