This is one of the work company anyone can work for, the funny part is i didn’t realise BDO was bad, i thought this is how consulting is become i have heard stories, I started my career here and now that i am in a better place. I can say the its horrible place to work.

Management is super rude and arrogant. Do not even think to join

Likes

Top management has experience from big 4 so the work expectations are high thus result in better quality of work. Still better than a lot of smaller and mid size firms. Audit is conducted as per manuals and regular trainings are conducted.

Dislikes

Not at all flexible staff. Top management treat you like a labourer. No respect at all for junior staff. HR policies are not employee friendly. Only favour the firm.

1) Management is not very good. 2) Not good for growth in long term. 3) Do not value employees until you resign. 4) Follows HR policies which are favourable to Management only.
