One of the worst and 3rd class experience for last 2.5 years first the organisation will only take you for the projects they are going to work on second they will put you on that project and keep monitor you until you perform well if you are not perform well they will fire you immediately that is risk 3rd if you perform well they will give you 15% of a phrasal for the year the 4th organisation is entirely depend upon the projects the partner is going to give you the project and you have to manage if you are partner is good then it's good but till now I had not seen such good partner in this organisation there is no sort of work life balance and no personal life service base companies are worst and pathetic and third class experience I had ever faced in my life...Read More
