Good work environment and culture. Management and teammates are also supporting. Company policies are fair and they give good salary and bonus.

Dislikes

Salary is decent but career growth is very slow. There is a 2 years of bond that's the reason you cannot resign. Work load is very high, because shortage of employee therefore directly effect on health of the employees.
