I like the fact that they organise lots of events, parties and offsite. It’s very employee centric but the person who I used to report to was very immature and used to behave like a child. Mocking and insulting people is very normal here and if you’re his favourite, you can get away with anything(personal comments, harassment against women)

Dislikes

Personal comments and mean behaviour is something you’ll often see. Many managers and team members left within one year only. Finance director sees everything but still support that stupid childish manager.

a senior software engineer

Hello Colleagues, I have 4.6 years of experience and I am backend developer worked majorly in python and go lang. My current CTC is 22 LPA. 21 fixed and 1 variable. I am not satisfied with the work that I am getting in new org. Want to switch to any good product based company. Any advice on which companies I should try for and what expectations I can have about CTC? I am majorly looking for a product development and architecture related work and if possible a remote job.
