The process feels somewhat average and could be more transparent or rewarding, allowing for better career progression opportunities. Travel perks , Earned leaves and Sick Leave is under EL which may be too less in case you fall sick Need to separate Sick leave and Earned Leaves so employees who are genuinely unwell need not worry about losing there Earned leaves . Hope to see change in this
