Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. 1. Lot of learning opportunities 2. Proper mentorship 3. Exposure 4. Dedicated people 5. If you stay for a year the salary skyrockets. I think they look for someone who has the stomach to take it all up and then they reward the person for the same.

1. Learning requires a lot of additional efforts which ruins the work life Balance. 2. Probation period is really tough to survive. Hardest part about the job.
