Worst company for any self respecting guy. No Hike for 2 Years... don't deserve even a single star. No Positives- Just a big brand company.and management thinks you are monkey

VP and AVP driven. you should say "YES" to whatever they say. else you won't get any hike for sure. Sr. Management of the company has wavering sense of humor. Extremely volatile decision making, which changes every month based on their judgement. which can break your career

Since past 3years we working Bgss as Bangalore location our office in bank of Baroda Head Office building .in that building they looking our employees very cheap mentality & if any others Bank employees done mistake they blamed Evey time Bgss team we don't have any admin our separate bgss in building cleaning also not good our floorproper no training room's here.work place no freedom no activity no cultural festivals celebration . There were no targets like pvt banks and you can complete the operational work assigned to you in given tat.

The work alloted to you is not on the basis of your experience and they ask you to do anything irrespective of your experience and the promotions are not given on the basis of your work only the one who do backbiting of other employees is eligible for promotions.

Nice to work in BGSS, Top management is directly and easily reachable, understand the ground challenge and put the best efforts to resolve the issue timely.

For fresher graduates, it's a good option to earn around 13k-16k /p.m.

Currently it's less like a banking industry and more like a call centre/BPO... On floor, No phone/ packed foods or drinks/any digital devices like smart bands are also not allowed... And Irony is that BGSS is into digital payments support and services. Promotions and appraisals are done on biased basis. No annual bonus or any other monetary benefits as such.
