Leave encashment does get calculated on Basic Salary only. For R&R program, employee gets only certificate. This thing demotivate employee. For any fun activity program, we don't get any budget for any gifts or refreshment.

There were no targets like pvt banks and you can complete the operational work assigned to you in given tat.

The work alloted to you is not on the basis of your experience and they ask you to do anything irrespective of your experience and the promotions are not given on the basis of your work only the one who do backbiting of other employees is eligible for promotions.

This is good place for work life balance but at some point one would face challenges due to closer of some work and some sudden changes might impact our work .Against above mentioned issue the company policy is good in last resort if they have to relieve employee then they would provide proper time as mentioned appointment letter.

For fresher graduates, it's a good option to earn around 13k-16k /p.m.

Currently it's less like a banking industry and more like a call centre/BPO... On floor, No phone/ packed foods or drinks/any digital devices like smart bands are also not allowed... And Irony is that BGSS is into digital payments support and services. Promotions and appraisals are done on biased basis. No annual bonus or any other monetary benefits as such. Lift issue, canteen issue, we did not get hot water whenever we fill sick. I would like to share my experience. In the beginning of job joining my neck was paining I went to canteen for hot water or warm water but no help canteen, from anywhere, that facility should be kept. Floor area not good -tiles broken,cleaning issue -cleaning is only for name on the floor and desk , Lunch break time issue , currently canteen has been closed from past 2 months, Keeps AC at high temperature....Read More
