VP and AVP driven. you should say "YES" to whatever they say. else you won't get any hike for sure. Sr. Management of the company has wavering sense of humor. Extremely volatile decision making, which changes every month based on their judgement. which can break your career

1. Leave and HR policy are terrible 2. Compliance related to trade is poor 3. Lack of training 5. Worst system to work on. They do not have applications that can match industry standards 6.
