Little dynamic environment, so sometimes employees gets good exposure of a variety of work and depending on the manager and HR it can be converted into a con in no time.

Dislikes

They want you to work round the clock but don't want to pay fair compensation for the same. Growth opportunities are very low unless you are obedient, as performance concept is totally neglected here. No work life balance, they want(not expect) to work on off days and even on holidays as well. Highly incompetent HR and senior management as well.
