There is nothing good in Barco Culture. Sr Management didn't have time to talk and connect. Loose policies, work culture is different for different memeber.

Dislikes

New management team is not good especially India region

They give you liberty to do work as your pace but on the other hand they question why you doing so.

its a good company but for this year the management took a wrong decision to fire most of emplyee who has been working for last 21 years....

Dislikes

it is a good compnay. but the indian management destroied it. suddenly one they called me and fired from the company for cost cutting. Without thinking about my family.... i dissapointed

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
