Very few - probably the leave policy and the office environment and the setup.

The culture is pathetic and can't be explained in words. The VPs are least bothered about providing feedback to the team and to improve the process and quality of life for the team. They instead try to boast around one small thing to create impact stories which actually resulted in nothing. In my personal experience - the recruitment quality and process is awful. They do not have an org culture and do not even check if the resource is a cultural fit for the organization. The pay is way underpaid when compared to the work. Anyone can call at any time and ask you to cancel your leave or login at 11 PM at night because they felt like making you work. The Directors are least bothered about any escalations being made. It's a mess to sum up and better look elsewhere. I am making a shift after spending only 9 months here already. Sometimes IJP open for an individual and then closed after the said person applies Carrying bags or delivering alcohol bottles help you get promoted Or in some cases religious conversion helps Everything helps besides hard work
