Incentives are not getting credited correctly. OT allowance also not receiving exactly. Work pressure is high on sales count. After on role they are telling 5days only working days, but forcing to work for 6 days. Un training period of 6month they were not allowing emergency leave also. By informing we can't get leave, have took it and to manage it

It's my personal experience within my department. The manager was very good, understanding, helpful and a guide. There are work pressures but it gets done always(work). Appraisal is based on performance and sometimes it does get dirty. But if u ve worked u ll be recognised. Politics was there specially while hiring, appraisal too. But that's from person to person. Work life balance was great. U get wfh option, flexible timings, relaxed dress code, snacks, fun and more....Read More
