The people we connect and learn from was very interesting.

Teammate were supportive, and the role of work done varies every two months and also your KRA's which has led to lot of confusion and more over I had been put in various teams and had to ensure I achieve my target. Most of all the Job security is very sad, cause people who leave their previous organisation hoping to start a new journey get kicked out with very less opportunity given to them. Moving on to work life balance, due to covide its been bad and thanks to Razorpay its been worst, not just for me, but the entire support teams who look into the merchant escalations, cause you need to be there in front of your systems at all times. When there is an escalation we need to make sure issues are resolved the same day, whether it be mid night or early morning and if this is during a weekend then good luck finding someone to help you may it be your own reporting manager....Read More
