Hiring MBA / MSW | HR Internship 1 - 3 Months | Ambattur I E

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing and identifying potential candidates through job portals, social media, and networking.
• Screen resumes and applications, shortlisting candidates based on job requirements.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Support the recruitment team in preparing interview feedback and maintaining candidate records.
• Maintain job postings on job boards and social media platforms.
• Assist with onboarding activities for new hires, including documentation and orientation.
• Conduct initial phone screenings and provide feedback to candidates.
• Provide administrative support for recruitment-related processes and HR tasks.
• Update and maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Assist in organizing and conducting recruitment events, such as job fairs or campus drives.

Preferred candidate profile

• Demonstrated knowledge of the Human Resources field with experience in a HR Recruiter role
• Attention to detail with strong analytical skills
• Result oriented and proactive in achieving results
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities
