It's not so good and not so bad too as an experience. Due to pandemic Covid 19, there's so much pressure after it's getting normal situation when business started functioning slowly. Company wants to cover up hunge loss due to Covid 19.

Dislikes

The most dislike is that, you work hard whole & meet the target but you get unsatisfied salary due to attendance. In Fiserv, attendance are made in working official apps which is recorded & monitotered by HR everyday. So whether you work or not attendance should be maintain everyday. It's so hectic and so much pressure due to recent lockdown of Covid 19. As it's getting normal from pandemic, so there's huge pressure and responsibility to generate business to cover up the loss made by Corona virus🦠😷.

I don't like anything about Fiserv only the brand is international. That's it.

One of the worse company that i ever worked for in my life. Neither the salary was good not the compensation and incentives was good. So much of work pressure.

The work from home policy is one of great policy they have in Fiserv. You’ll get 1-4 days a week work from home once your manager approves

Dislikes

If you don’t have a manager who supports you, then it’s hell. I hate my manager here. If you feel your manager isn’t good just report and change your team No transportation Cafeteria sucks
