Those who have some links with executives always get suitable postings, transfers & promotions in this bank without performance.

Job security - Good

Dislikes

Executives are of "below average" quality. an average employee can get promotion upto Scale vii in this bank. Staff department during past ten years has been responsible for collapse of this bank. I have seen an employee f clerical mentality getting promotion to D.G.M. post last year and i am sure he will be G M next year.
