Only employees keep working. Management is terrible they don't care about annual appraisal of employees. However, employees are expected to possess the ability to do anything and everything he/she is appointed or not appointed for. I am suffering a lot working here. Also employees are given responsibilities after responsibilities without even talking about their increment in salary.

Dislikes

No carrier growth, no job security, HR will not say to new employee that they will hire as a contractual basis, for new employee leave will not given properly.

1.If you want learn or experiment with new technologies you can have that opportunity. 2.There are no strict deadlines.

1.Here the senior employees get special privilege and benefits rather than the junior employees which is pretty annoying. 2.Office timing is very strict and sometimes if an employee dont manage to get in time then his/her salary can get deducted. 3.During Durga Puja vacations an employee must have to be present before the vacation start date and after vacation end date otherwise his/her salary will be deducted for the entire five days. 4.
