Admission Manager

1. Lead the admission in Bandhan School of Development Management- Rajpur- Kolkata and Bandhan School of Business- Santiniketan and oversee the entire admission process for the programs.

2. Develop and implement effective admission strategies to attract positive students to the instituions.

3. Build and maintain strong relationships with local institutions.

4. Manage and coordinate admissions events, including open houses, information sessions and campus tour.

5. Provide guidance and support to prospective students and their families through out the admission process including assisting with appreciations, financial aid and enrollment.

6. Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in admissions and enrollment management to continuously improve and enhance the admission process and students experience.
