1. Counselling n in Bandhan School of Development Management- Rajpur- Kolkata and Bandhan School of Business- Santiniketan and oversee the entire admission process for the programs.

2. Advise students in individual or group counselling sessions to address their academic needs.

3. Conducting student assessments to understand their strengths, weaknesses, and educational needs.

4.Developing personalised education plans based on each students aspirations and abilities.

5. Guiding course selection, college applications, and career planning.

6.Assisting students for financial aid information.

7. Organizing workshops and information sessions on various educational pathways and opportunities.
