Marketing and Outreach:Plan and conduct school tours, open houses, and promotional events to showcase the schools strengths and offerings..
Relationship Building:Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective families, educational consultants, and feeder schools..
Data Management:Monitor and analyze enrollment trends, prepare regular reports, and manage admissions-related databases..
Team Leadership:Train and guide the admissions team to ensure consistent, professional, and engaging communication with prospective families..
Collaboration:Work closely with academic and administrative departments to ensure a seamless admissions experience..
Qualifications.
A Bachelor's or Masters degree in Education, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field..
Proven experience as admissions head, in marketing, or customer-facing roles (preferably in education)..
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric approach..
Leadership and team management capabilities..
Proficiency in data analysis and familiarity with CRM tools..
Preferred.
Experience working in IB or international schools..
Knowledge of regional and international education trends..
