Complete unprofessional chep management. Main boss is a very genuine and outstanding human being he is very generous in his thoughts and steps but the management who runs the project like santanu is really a crazy human being he is too much selfish and don't even know proper English. He don't have the patience even to listen to others he is the real unprofessional person and also Niladri who only use to butter his boss and keep his job on a safer side.
