I do not find it worth compared to my last companies. I am feeling as if I had taken a wrong decision, by being a part of Bandhan bank. People in the city are not even aware that there is any bank name Bandhan bank, wherein it has a 6 years' vintage. Staff and colleagues seems to be so annoying, there is always a shouting environment is the branch. A person doing work is so much pressurized that he wants to resign every hour. Office environment is not friendly. Seniors are always at a shouting mode, I don't know why. They show that if they will shout, they can show their presence. Induction Training was given online through teams meeting, it was like give someone a chocolate, ask that peron to taste it by not unwrapping it...

Every thing is fine here but nothing to learn more. It’s just like a govt job you don’t have to worry about the job security. About the salary part it came on time at the end of the month.

Working environment not that much good. Employees here are not that much qualified.

Lots of manual intervention, excessive documentation, weak and under-developed IT infrastructure, non-aggressive collection/recovery dept., mailing culture is not clear to most of the employees.

Bad behaviour of senior's and very very bad working system and full of harrassment of staff. I will suggest to my friends and others relationships to them that never ever join Bandhan Bank in an also very Bad situations.

In banking sector, obviously, for a DBA there is lot to learn and implement. At Bandhan they give you the chance not only on Oracle but also other database like MySQL, MSSQL etc.

1. Work culture -Particular Department head or business head acts like a king,He/S can do anything, they can give you warning letter and transfer within 3 months from your joining for business. And HR department is not exist any matter of an employee. 2. Extreme Politics observed in every department like a Bangali Babu company. 3. Bonus and other parameters is not good. 4. Only 5 rating over 3 years is not enough to get promotion you must need to pass their internal exam to getting promotion. 6. All extremes pressures is visible only on Sales department....Read More

These are the key points that people should keep in mind if he or she wants to join Bandhan Bank 1. Work culture- It doesn’t look like a bank, it looks like a fish market more. There is no proper decorum or dress code at all. 2. Process flow- You can not expect to your work gets done within a short period of time, everything goes too slow, takes too long to get completed. If you’re from a standard work cultured bank you will feel that difference. 3. Basic Hygiene- Very dirty, and no intentions to make it clean. 4. Employees- Very much unqualified people , just for the sake of sales or targets managements are giving them jobs. Yes we should not discriminate anyone, but working professionals of a bank should be qualified enough to carry the dignity of the same. 5. Salary- The amount of baggage you will be carrying is nothing compared to your salary. 6. Products- You can not compete with Bandhan’s product with other banks except FDs 7. Attendance- Sign in & Sign out is compulsory, even if you’re at a customer call at 7 PM , you have to come back to office to sign out from the system. This may vary from branch to branch. Bank focus is only on CASA, TD & LI. Beyond that just activation is enough.

Not having market share. You need to sell brand image 1st. Head office is Kolkatta. So culture is not common for all. Supervisors won't understand the ground reality.

I spent nine months at this company as a CRO, and I found it to be an unethical environment characterized by a domineering manager. Upper management regularly pressured employees to resign when they couldn't meet their unrealistic targets. This toxic culture is unacceptable.
