-Hike are average -Employees who are not working good or are too bad both in personality as well as professionality are given way too much leniency which makes it very tough for other employees who are trying to do good for the project. -Office politics are fairly visible from the onshore US teams.

CIB SST TA team is pathetic. Worst project of my career. Favouritism. Unbelievably impossible deadlines. Minimum 14 hours work per day continuously. No comp offs no leave policy , always on call, multiple releases per month on weekends, everything is critical. Micromanagement is encouraged. Sometimes i felt even managers were helpless, no option. Only cunning people who blame on others can survive, others will end up messing of their health. You will be low key forced to contribute to company and CIB initiatives even if your project has too much of work and have no time. Developers are treated like labour. Except new managers hired from other companies rather than giving promotions to their own people everything is good

New managers and new team leaders in Bangalore site with pathetic team efforts. Where managers are caught in indecent acts and fired and rehired after one month but still in office. Ignoring it all that the American clients are not notified. And when raised voice. You will be fired or mentally tortured in office by managers in claims EMM and DR department in tower C of 7th floor. People are suffering the wrong management introduced newly. Please take a survey from them about the previous management and new management. Biggest cheats of this place are manager Ruben Powell, and team leader Nitya Roseleen. Who abuse each other behind each other and act like best friends infront of people and doing all the unethical activities including harassing the employees and scaring them and showing hand signs as a threat. One colleague changed her team within a broader group and became a leader within a year of that team and removed most of the people from that team. I mean how could that be possible one year experience into new work and new team is so fresh to be as a VP and they removed other people from that team so that no-one can ask for promotion as VP.
