Dislikes

There is no proper management everything is messy so much of politics and biased people in senior management. Doesn’t even give national holidays. Bully employees till they feel bad about themselves and the office is so small you could hardly fit more than 20. There is no proper area to even eat food not even a good washroom. Everything is so bad don’t know why they don’t fix anything. When the profit it earned the money goes in unnecessary stuff rather than fixing the poor unhygienic office environment that is. Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. I updated my DP with one. "Ma’am, my dog wakes me up for meetings!" Bond = Secured.😉 The Final Jugaad – She looked stressed. "Ma’am, even Dhoni takes a break!" She smiled. Game over.
