There is not a single thing I like about Bajaj. Been a part of sales team from last 18 months, and only thing I get is threat that I will lose my job, abusive language are part of your daily business. My manager doesn't support me with my business and office politics and favouritism is also some of the things you have to deal with.

Office politics, favouritism, abusive language, illiterate boss, work life balance.

Messed up, I have worked around 16-18 hours and company never acknowledge that.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
