There is not a single thing I like about Bajaj. Been a part of sales team from last 18 months, and only thing I get is threat that I will lose my job, abusive language are part of your daily business. My manager doesn't support me with my business and office politics and favouritism is also some of the things you have to deal with.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
