Reporting manager was not fair, was very selfish. senior staff (eg- RSM's, ZSM's, NSM's etc) don't communicate with managers, thus creates communication gaps which are filled by local senior managers, and local Senior manager delegates all blame on managers. Very Poor management conditions in Bajaj kolkata home loans department. Unwanted and baseless presser is put on managers. Basically it all depends on your direct reporting manager if he is good then you'll have a good time working in Bajaj and if you are unlikely like me and get a bad and selfish Manger like mine then you will have a tough time, & also senior managers should directly communicate with ground level sales managers to understand their problems and challenges faced by them in achieving their given targets and not completely rely on local senior managers word...Read More

It is just like any sales work, at times there is pressure but if you have a good team and a good leader leading you then there should be no issue.
