There is No work Life Balance. Office Politics from Acm terrible experience. Work like pigs. Who ready to work Hard, Acms and rcms toucher. Not get a minimum time ,spend with family.late night also concall tourchering. Acms forces to make fund in month end . Full loss. Bajaj lending money to customers without looking repayment capacity, and recruiting Collection RO s and force them to pay customers debts 😃. I only worked 1 year, in Major location . I lost lots of money . Now I resigned , now new pigs are ready for them .there only 1 relaxation no strict office timing , wherever getting tourchering abusive languages from top level management.
