Hostile Work Environment: My time at Bajaj Finserv was marred by an excessively hostile work culture. The pressure was relentless, and employees were expected to work grueling hours, often exceeding 12 hours a day. Ineffective Complaint Handling: Despite repeated attempts to raise concerns through the HR department, there was no support or resolution provided. My complaints about the toxic work environment and the behavior of Seema Poptani, the national lead of the credit card department, were consistently dismissed. Forced Termination: It became apparent that the company had a systematic plan in place to terminate employees before March, further adding to the stress and uncertainty among the workforce. Dismissive Response from Management: Even after escalating complaints specifically about Seema Poptani's behavior, there was no acknowledgment or support from management. It felt like the company prioritized its survival over addressing employee grievances. Demeaning Treatment: Employees, including myself, were subjected to disrespectful language and demeaning treatment, creating an intolerable work environment. Challenges in Seeking Redressal: Despite exploring avenues for complaint resolution, such as filing a complaint with FITE, the process seemed daunting and ineffective due to the lack of support from the company's management. In conclusion, my experience at Bajaj Finserv was deeply disappointing and stressful due to the toxic work environment and the company's failure to address employee concerns. I don't understand, 1st of all an organisation should have proper work timings and there is no work life balance at all, I heard this company is certified by GPTW Certification , how can someone give this certification to such a torturing company. Any person who are joining to this company should forget their family, friends and they will not have time even to take care of themselves. Even if there is flood or rain , they ask employees to come to office. Everyone have their own families and during this critical situation, how can an employee travel , is it safe? Do Bajaj finserv focus only on targets and profits? Not on humans / your employees? Atleast treat your employees well, respect their space... Even you can be a boss of an company, but atleast consider their personal life...I feel most of the women's whoever husband is working in Bajaj finserv will have this same pain, waiting to spend their time. Atleast treat them well, atleast they can provide WFH during the flood or raining days. There is No work Life Balance. Office Politics from Acm terrible experience. Work like pigs. Who ready to work Hard, Acms and rcms toucher. Not get a minimum time ,spend with family.late night also concall tourchering. Acms forces to make fund in month end . Full loss. Bajaj lending money to customers without looking repayment capacity, and recruiting Collection RO s and force them to pay customers debts 😃. I only worked 1 year, in Major location . I lost lots of money . Now I resigned , now new pigs are ready for them .there only 1 relaxation no strict office timing , wherever getting tourchering abusive languages from top level management.
