This is a good place for freshers to learn their field of work. Seniors don't shy away from teaching you or help you out in case of any difficulties. A renowned company with a we'll set management is a good stepping stone.

Dislikes

While it is a good place to learn, that almost completely destroys your work life balance. Job security is dependent upon your performance and work requirement. If you are taken in as an off role employee be wary of your job security and forget about your increment and promotions. For freshers it's good to think about your next company beforehand.

It is a good place to start your work life for a fresher due to the exposure given and the assistance you get in your work. But beware of internal politics and have good knowledge about the policies provided by the company.
