Role - HR Operations Specialist

REPORTING TO - Lead Compensation & Benefits

Job Responsibilities

• Providing complete operational support to Compensation & Benefits team
• Will be responsible for employee file (personal documents collection of all BEL employees)
• Ensure employee insurance coverage by sharing updates with brokers and maintaining an audit-ready master list.
• Organize wellness sessions with external partners and promote benefits via mailers and sessions.
• Support in rewards programs, and manage logistics for awards (spot, quarterly, annual, and special awards) independently
• Handle retirement benefits (NPS, superannuation) and flexi allocations via SAP.
• Report generation on SAP (for e.g. attrition, performance, and C&B metrics)
• Administer Mediclaim, group personal accident, and life policies via brokers/insurers.

Desired candidate:

• Comfortable working from office all 5 days a week
• Excellent with excel
• Should have prior experience of HR Operation
