Executive Finance (CSR team)
Experience: 2-3 years in finance/accounts department Qualification: Bachelors degree or masters degree in commerce (B. Com/M. Com), any additional qualifications in relation to Taxation/ accounting software like Tally, etc. would also be considered
Candidates from NGOS are preferred
Skill Sets:
a) Applicants must have the ability to deliver consistently and on a timely manner, the role shall require multi-tasking and adhering to tight deadlines
b) Good understanding about CSR- financial management procedures and basic accounting principles/software
c) Excellent knowledge of MS Office and software (Tally, SAP)
d) Knowledge on working of Vendor management / TDS / GST
e) Excellent organizational and decision-making skills
f) Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
g) The desired candidate for the role should preferably be male, with the ability to travel across India, to our NGO and partner locations.
Role and Responsibilities:
1) Provisioning of expenses under CSR team and forecasting expenses to be incurred under each head under CSR team
2) Vendor Management, Asset Management & Key Account / documentation.
3) Assisting in conducting internal audits of expenses undertaken by CSR team/other teams for CSR Projects with ngo/vendor
4) Experience in handling petty cash accounts & expenses, maintaining bank transaction details, undertaking bank reconciliation, making vouchers etc.
5) Experience in scheduling stage wise payment processes for NGO’s and partners, processing of bills and purchase orders/invoices/requisitions, budgeting, budget vs actual etc.
6) Visits to NGO’s/partner organization sites (across India) to ensure progress of work as per timelines if required.
7) Submit timely reports on financial statements, TDS
8) Train the NGO partners in finance related to the project implementation.
9) Liasoning with internal departments (Legal, Finance, HR) for project specific requirements
10) Handle any other additional responsibilities apart from those mentioned above, as and when required Required
