Management leadership is not skilled enough to handle a team. Though there are ample work opportunities, the team at lower level is not not given enough exposure even though they are the key custodians for the project HR policies are the worst i have seen in 10 years of working life, and the rules can change without being informed. Strict timings, no flexibility, work work and no enjoyment, cannot step out of premises, no flexibility given even for genuine concers, keeps an eye on ones personal life also - feels like back to school days....Read More
