It appears that staff are being exploited and mistreated, with management prioritizing profits over people. Specifically, I have witnessed or heard about: Excessive workload and long hours without adequate compensation or recognition - Lack of autonomy and control over work - If you talk on call, they directly threaten you (Hari Shankar Mishra). Verbal abuse and humiliation by management Discrimination and favoritism Unclear expectations and constantly changing goals This kind of treatment is unacceptable and reminiscent of slavery. I believe that all employees deserve to be treated with dignity and respect, and it's our responsibility to speak out against such abuses." Nothing about to like . Product is good . But Toxic work environment.. main mangement doing nothing treat fls as good for nothing. Specially not safe for women . If women raise some problem no-one has to listen
