There is no specific sitting arrangement for RPD channel and the supervisor never understand my selected candidates for TM and he has mindset if any one or two are non performer then all are to be non performers so rejected more than 25 candidates . The environment is good, as well as the pay package; which is very good. There's a lot of scope of learning here in the industry. Management is a bit clueless and less emotionally oriented but overall it's a good place or organisation to work for or work in. Good amount of promotions are there, trips national or international they have all to keep their people happy and motivated.

BALIC has Awesome Incentives and Bonuses. They are best in the industry. If you are in sales and vintage in insurance one can earn heafty incentives and pocket good amount of money.

Culture is now a days going on stake. Since irdai changed its some rules organisation got shaken up and trying to get back on track. Also while expanding they did not do quality hire and hence business expected is not coming.
