I had a very good experience with Bajaj Allianz, the company culture is very good and at the same time, I get to learn a lot from Bajaj's seniors, Bajaj Allianz's trainers are also very supportive. And whatever else is there is awesome for me.

Operation work in Bajaj Allianz is a bit slow. Because there is a problem in policy login. So please fix it. If the login journey is a bit smooth then it is good for the staff as well as for the customers, please do this

At times, they would set unrealistic expectations, which added unnecessary stress to the FLS employees. A more balanced approach from leadership, focusing on support and motivation rather than excessive pressure, would greatly improve the work environment.

There is no specific sitting arrangement for RPD channel and the supervisor never understand my selected candidates for TM and he has mindset if any one or two are non performer then all are to be non performers so rejected more than 25 candidates .
